Regarding Inquiries about Creator’s Premium Services:
If you encounter problems with a creator’s premium content, please contact them first. We’re not responsible for refunds. If a creator receives multiple reports for fraudulent behaviour (you can report in-app, please don’t contact us for reports), we will investigate and will issue refunds and/or disable the creator’s account at our discretion.
